Jewelry Brand: 2.4× Organic Revenue in Ten Months
A premium jewelry retailer was buying every sale through ads while its category pages sat invisible. Ten months of architectural SEO turned organic into its largest revenue channel.
The challenge
The brand had beautiful products, healthy paid ROAS, and near-zero organic presence. Category pages were auto-generated lists with no copy, product pages carried manufacturer descriptions duplicated across the industry, and faceted navigation had spawned thousands of thin URLs competing with the pages that mattered.
Every rupee of growth was rented from ad platforms, and rising CPCs were squeezing margin quarter over quarter.
What we did
Architecture triage
Crawled and mapped the store, canonicalized facet chaos, and rebuilt the category tree around how buyers actually search: by occasion, metal, and price band.
Category pages as landing pages
Wrote unique, intent-matched copy for forty priority categories with FAQ blocks and internal links to best-sellers.
Product data done right
Unique descriptions for hero SKUs, complete Product schema with price, availability and ratings, and a post-purchase review capture flow.
Buying-guide content layer
Gifting guides, metal comparisons and budget guides, each funneling readers into the matching category.
"Organic used to be a rounding error in our revenue mix. It is now our largest channel, and the one that grows while we sleep."
The outcome
Organic became the store's largest revenue channel, paid dependence dropped by more than a third, and the category architecture continues to compound with every new collection launch.
