FlowEazy: A 101-Page Global Site That Went From 26 to the 90s on Mobile
FlowEazy sells Odoo ERP and software services to global buyers. We rebuilt its search foundations, country pages and speed, without changing the technology its team depends on.
The challenge
The homepage scored 26 for mobile performance and a service page scored 62. The enquiry form was silently dropping the Service and Requirements fields, so sales received leads with half the information missing.
US and Canadian buyers had no pages written for them, and AI crawlers could not read the blog, because its articles loaded through JavaScript.
What we did
Country and industry pages
101 pages across a global root, the US and Canada, including nine industry pages, each with its own title, description and answer block.
Speed
Tag Manager loads after the first interaction, images and fonts are served from the site, and the layout is stable. Across ten page types the lab score moved to 92 to 98 on mobile and 98 to 100 on desktop.
Lead capture
The form bug fixed, lead events tracked by country, and every enquiry delivered to both the inbox and the admin panel.
Content
Thirty-nine blog posts with a designed cover in one visual theme and a direct-answer box at the top, plus three client case studies.
What the client actually got
Results by area
Organic traffic
Search Console was not connected when this work was done, so no traffic figure is quoted. Country sites, hreflang and a clean sitemap are in place for it to build on.
AI visibility
Answer blocks, llms.txt, structured data and server-rendered article pages make the site readable to AI crawlers. The article fix is ready and depends on the final server upload.
Branding
One cover style across all 39 posts, with no stock photos, in the brand colors.
Inbound leads
Enquiries now arrive complete, with the service and requirements the old form lost.
Website development
Google PageSpeed on the live site, 12 October 2026: homepage 99 on mobile. Results vary by page and by run, and desktop scored 77 on the homepage that day.
The outcome
FlowEazy has the page coverage, speed and lead capture of a much larger company, on the same technology its team already knew.
Where these numbers come from: Lab scores are Lighthouse runs on the final build, October 2026. The live PageSpeed figure is from 12 October 2026.

Questions about this project
Did FlowEazy need a new website platform?
No. The technology stayed the same, which was a firm requirement. The work was in the pages, the structure, the speed and the lead capture.
What fixed the mobile score?
Mainly delaying Tag Manager until the first interaction, plus self-hosted images and fonts and a stable layout.
Why are there no traffic numbers?
Search Console was not connected during this work, and we do not publish numbers we did not measure.
